Solemnity of the Sacred Heart

There will be a special Mass at 7:pm on the 8th of June for all of us who have experienced any kind of Loss in our lives.

As Catholics we are very good at praying for our loved ones who have died. This Mass will give us the opportunity to pray about other “Losses” in the company of the compassionate Heart of Jesus.

This could include loss of contact with a family member or a friend, loss of a relationship, of health, home, job, “youth”, of our homeland. The list could go on.

A loss is as unique as the person experiencing it.

You are also invited for a cup of tea/coffee in the hall afterwards.

All very welcome!

We have had the first meeting for members of parish groups this week.  If you couldn’t make it along, and you are in any parish group, please attend the next session on Thursday 7th June 7-9pm.

(please note if you came last time it’s the same session so you don’t need to come again!)
